Refund & Exchange Policy
By placing an order with us, you fully agree to all terms and conditions of our order and shipping policy
We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes; however, all additional shipping costs (including return shipping and the cost of sending a new item) must be covered by the customer. Returns must be completed within two weeks of receiving the product. We recommend carefully verifying size information to minimize errors.
- **Damaged Items**: If the item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
- **Customer-Caused Damage**: Damage caused by improper use by the customer is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- **Late Returns**: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the two-week period.
-**Order Cancellation**
All orders are considered final once processed in our system, and we do not accept any form of order cancellation.
-**Incorrect Order Information**: If you notice an error in your order information (e.g., bracelet size or shipping address) before the order is shipped, please contact us promptly, and we will make the necessary changes. If you do not contact us in time, the order will be shipped as is, and you will need to apply for an exchange after receiving the product (see the exchange policy above).
-**Shipping Issues**
- **Failed Delivery**: If the package cannot be delivered due to an invalid destination, recipient address change, or other reasons, the logistics company will usually return it to us. If your tracking information shows "Returned to Sender," please contact us, and we will resend the item. However, all additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- **Damaged or Lost Items**: Although all items are packaged with protective materials, they may still be damaged during transit due to mishandling by the logistics provider. If your item arrives damaged or the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you.
**Special Notes**
- **Incorrect Size**: If you selected the wrong size, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct size.
- **Damaged Items**: If the item is damaged during transit, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
